Founded in 2010, Lordship Africa is a leading international real estate development company based in Nairobi, Kenya. Lordship Africa has demonstrated its development expertise in its pilot project Karen Hills in Kenya .This is a master planned gated community with 60 fully serviced one acre plots.
Currently ongoing is 88 Nairobi Condominium africa’s tallest luxurious condominium in upperhill. A further two projects are lined up, Skyview, along Ngong Road and Central Park, a mixed use development near the Ngong racecourse. Today, Lordship’s portfolio reflects the aspirations of a much broader range of investment opportunities, encompassing medium to large-scale mixed-used schemes, of hotel & leisure, retail, residential and commercial developments, in Africa and Europe.

COMPANY HISTORY
LORDSHIP group is an experienced and successful real estate investor and developer, focused primarily on retail, office, residential and hotel sectors in Central Europe.
Our activities commenced in the United Kingdom at the end of the 1980‘s and LORDSHIP continues to grow, having completed over 600,000 sqm of commercial and residential accommodation to date in Central Europe.
The company began its activities in the Czech Republic in 1991, opening its head office in Prague before expanding into Brno, the principal city of the Moravia region and thereafter into Bratislava, the capital city of the Slovak Republic.
Building on its expertise in emerging markets, LORDSHIP has recently established a fully staffed office in Nairobi, Kenya (lordshipafrica.com) where the company is focusing on retail led mixed use schemes and large scale affordable housing.
LORDSHIP has gained a number of prestigious awards for its developments, most notably Jungmannova Plaza, our Class A office project in Prague. In Bratislava we are actively developing a major mixed use, city centre urban regeneration project and in Karlovy Vary we are progressing a landmark leisure and commercial project which will transform the centre of this historic spa town.

Meet Jonathan Jackson
Jonathan Jackson (J.J) founded Lordship in 1989 and has led the group from inception to its current prominence. Jonathan was born and raised in Kenya, qualified in the United Kingdom and has now returned “home” and built up a portfolio of properties in the Nairobi and Naivasha areas. Jonathan is seeking to replicate the hugely successful property development business he has been running in Eastern Europe for the past 20 years.
While in Prague, Jonathan gained firsthand experience of the CEE region’s transformation and the growth of its property development and investment markets from a frontier economy after the fall of Communism to a significant contributor to the European economy today. Jonathan has spent his entire career in real estate development, including UK experience with both Tarmac and London & Edinburgh Trust, prior to moving to Prague and establishing Lordship.
